German artist Jan Vormann has developed a great, new method for making crumbling and damaged walls much more beautiful to look at. With Lego bricks he repairs the wholes in walls, stairs, roads etc. Calling this method'Dispatchwork' he began creating in 2007 as a part of 20 Eventi, a contemporary arts festival taking place in Italy every year. Having the nature as a role model who often repairs buildings and streets by letting plants grow on them it reminded him somehow of his childhood using Lego to create and repair himself.
Inspired by Vormann´s street art there are already lots of people across the world getting out old Lego bricks and starting to make environment a little more colorful.
